Paula brings over 15 years of experience across recruitment, training, marketing, communications and resume writing. She has served in numerous leadership roles including Director of Marketing, Development Management as well as People & Talent Leader.
Paula’s greatest strengths are her creativity, drive and leadership. With qualifications in Arts/International Business; Communications & Marketing and a Certificate in Commerce/HR, Paula has a passion for strategic communications and curating content that creates employment and growth opportunities for her clients.
Paula has worked extensively with the State and Federal governments as well as local Councils and universities both domestically and internationally. Her expertise lies in the higher education sector where she has served positions with top universities and government agencies. Paula has facilitated training seminars and community enrichment programs with schools and tertiary students. This has included topics around resume writing, interview tips and networking opportunities.
In 2014 Paula was recognised as a winner of “Anthill’s 30 under 30 Award” and has been named as a finalist in a number of entrepreneur awards and small business awards nationally. Jon is a passionate and talented writer with over 8 years of professional resume writing experience and more than 10 years of experience working within the corporate world, notably within marketing and the financial sector.
With a Bachelor of Arts and numerous qualifications across training, digital marketing and career development, Jon has worked professionally in a range of roles within professional writing, training and development, coaching, management, and sales.
Striving for excellence in everything he does, Jon has become well regarded in Melbourne as an expert career consultant and marketer. He prides himself on his communication with clients and has continued to perfect his writing skills through constant professional development.
