Make contact via our website, email or phone to book in your appointment and get the process started. At this time we ask you to send us your current resume and any other documents that will help us to prepare for our meeting.

Step 2:
The Discovery Session
We arrange a face to face or phone meeting where we dig deep and ask all the necessary questions to understand you and be armed to build your new resume and cover letter.

Step 3:
The Crafting Process
We commence writing works and you will generally receive first drafts of your new documents within 7 days of our meeting taking place, or an agreed timeframe.

Step 4:
Review and
Sign Off
Let us know if any changes are required and we will work with you and make revisions until you sign off. It’s now time to start applying and putting your best foot forward.
